Insurance
I am an approved in-network provider with Aetna, AmBetter/Coordinated Care, Cigna/Evernorth, First Choice Health, First Health Network, Lyra Health EAP, Optum/United Behavioral Health Care, Premera and Regence (Blue Cross Blue Shield); I will bill these insurance companies directly on your behalf.
If you do not have insurance and/or if you prefer to pay out-of-pocket for therapy sessions, please see the fees listed below. If you have an insurance plan outside of the above providers, I am considered an out-of-network provider. As an out-of-network provider, you will need to pay for services upfront and then seek reimbursement through your insurance company. I cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Please check with your insurance company about your coverage and financial responsibility for counseling services. Most insurance plans do not cover couples counseling
